Hai. The original Silhouettes was great to begin with, but with the addition of a few flawless drops, Disco Fries was able to creat their own spin on this track. Other than that, you have got to love the awesome piano mixed in to this song. It really takes you out to another level if you ask me. The differences between this and the original are not very noticeable to some one who is not listening for it, but trust me they are there. Over all this track delivers. Enjoy.

Hey everyone! Hope this last week treated you all well. As the weekend slowly crept up, I felt it was time to drop something a little heavier than I am personally used to; Just because it is officially the first weekend of summer for many of us. This track has enough mellow transition time to keep the drops from getting too repetitive. At Dawn We Rage covers a full spectrum of genres which has made them very popular. Make sure to check out their Soundcloud for more of their new tracks; All of which are equally as enjoyable as this new original, Over it. Have an awesome and safe Memorial Day weekend everyone.

Soooo I just moved home after graduating college and I’ve been slightly more sentimental and shit recently – taking a breather from heavy house anthems and pulsing beats for the moment. Well that lasted about ten seconds and after I finally got re-settled I have to tell ya that this song was on repeat for a majority of my moving madness. Sultan and Ned Shepard are classic electro house DJs, known for remixing masterpieces that top charts and their wonderful work with other headlining artists and DJ combos.“Walls” has amazing vocals by Quilla that are really smooth and trance infused, making this track laid back enough to relax to but also enough beat to hear while you’re out. It’s a current fav of mine and I hope ya’ll enjoy.

I don’t know what has come over me this last week, but the summer vibe is really bringing out the disco dance beat in me. This Soliddisco mix of Yung Skeeters Stand Again does exactly that; you will have to try really hard to resist the urge to turn this one up all the way. It is a great one to play at the next get together with your friends. I hope to hear more tracks like this soon, and when I do you will be the first to hear it. I’ll leave it at that and let you go ahead and have a listen. Happy Sunday :)

Since we last featured Misha K over here at OHD hes really been making some big waves within the progressive house world. His original track, Twenty Four was recently featured on Ministry of Sound TV (check that track out after the break) which is HUGE for any producer. His latest track comes to us via the Morgan Page Body Work Remix Contest on Beatport. The original was great, but with added paino work and uplifting synths, Misha K definitely has a winner on his hands. Make sure to support Misha K and head over to Beatport and VOTE NOW. Voting ends on the 21st of this month so dont forget!!

Holy hectic week! Not an excuse to leave you all hanging though. I just stumbled upon this one a few minutes after browsing the inter webs last night. Even just reading the title, along with the artist names rang a bell; grabbing my attention right away. I am a huge Tiesto and Wolfgang fan. Moreover, I always seem to love songs that are both, semi danceable, and can also be enjoyed while just chilling at home, or at work. This track meets all those requirements folks. Back From The Future definitely knew what they were doing with this one. The mix between the beautiful voice, and the other worldly melodies flowing together, really give this track a surreal feeling. Back From The Future have mixed some awesome tracks in the past but this one really hits the spot.

Seriously, what is with all theses rising young music producers. One of my buddies made a great point the other day. He said, “I wish I was born later, that way, maybe I would be a famous producer by now haha”. Jakob Liedholm is a rising 15 year old electronic artist, from Helsingborg in Sweden. His music sounds a lot like that of Avicii; which he claims is one of his biggest inspirations. To no surprise this mix of Some Nigh – FUN is a great example of his work; and hopefully gets him more followers. Jakob Liedholm happens to also be a huge Basshunter fan. That is some the best european music I have listened to to date. With that in mind, I am excitedly anticipating what Jakob is able to throw at us next; so stay tuned.

Ive always been a huge fan of progressive and really any kind of house in general..but lately all i’ve been listening to is a lot of dark and heavy shit. Henry Fong has brought me back to the lighter side of the spectrum with this anthemic remix of Flux Pavillions Daydreamer. I dont think Henry Fong has ever been featured on OHD but i’ve been a fan for a while. Henry has always graced us with that heavy big room feel that he produces oh so very well and this track isnt any different. With the same vocals as the original, some uplifting sythns and the driving 4/4 bass line this one will be hitting dance floors across the globe for a while. Enjoy.
