Remix contests on Beatport have been the breeding ground for the top remixes in the EDM scene over the past few months. With Flume’s Speechless Remix Competition currently taking place right now, one unique remix really stood out to me. PRFFTT & Svyable, the duo who brought us the incredible remix of Goulding’s Hanging On, have taken a unique approach to Sleepless that’s completely different than what they’ve done in the past. It’s full of chimes, poppy synths and has got a really fun/happy vibe to it. I love to see these guys trying new things and really succeeding in a new sound.
